چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی پیشران‌های بهسازی شایستگی‌های تصمیم‌گیری مدیران نهادهای مالی بازار سرمایه ایران در چارچوب آینده‌نگاری راهبردی بود.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش انجام، بر پایه تحلیل ماتریس اثرات متقابل ساختاری با رویکرد آینده‌نگاری راهبردی و از نظر هدف از نوع توسعه‌ای-کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش از 30 نفر از خبرگان شامل اساتید دانشگاهی و مدیران نهادهای مالی بازار سرمایه ایران به روش هدفمند تشکیل شده است. داده‌های این تحقیق از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه امتیازدهی از صفر تا سه طبق ماتریس اثرات متقابل ساختاری جمع‌آوری شده و با نرم‌افزار آماری میک‌مک تجزیه‌وتحلیل شده‌اند.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که پیشران‌های توسعه مهارت‌های تفکر سیستمی و آینده‌نگری در تصمیم‌گیری‌های راهبردی مالی، تقویت قابلیت‌های تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط عدم قطعیت و نوسانات بازار سرمایه، نهادینه‌سازی شایستگی‌های فناورانه در به‌کارگیری سیستم‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای مالی به‌عنوان تاثیرگذارترین پیشران‌های بهسازی شایستگی‌های تصمیم‌گیری مدیران نهادهای مالی بازار سرمایه ایران هستند.

اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: این پژوهش با رویکرد آینده‌نگاری راهبردی به شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی پیشران‌های بهسازی شایستگی‌های تصمیم‌گیری مدیران نهادهای مالی بازار سرمایه ایران پرداخته و انتظار می‌رود که مدیران و رهبران نهادهای مالی بازار سرمایه ایران در چارچوبی به عملیاتی‌سازی این پیشران‌ها بر اساس اولویت تعیین‌شده، در جهت بهسازی شایستگی‌های تصمیم‌گیری مدیران نهادهای مالی بازار سرمایه ایران در سطوح مختلف مدیریتی این نهادها بپردازند.
